Valentines Day

Daniel and I had only been dating for a short time, but being close friends and knowing that eventually we would be together, we planned our Valentines Day out. He knew how much I loved the ocean so he decided to venture me out to the Blue Planet Aquarium in Cheshire Oaks, it was the perfect day out in my eyes, from what I remember it was the first time we'd been alone outside of school; it felt weird yet great.

When we arrived, he looked at me with those bright blue eyes and smiled, he told me to go and get a drink from the vending machine while he payed; the true gentleman he was. He held my hand so tight as we walked around, seeing the jelly fish, sea horses and turtles yet he even offered to hold my coat as I took pictures of almost every exhibit there was, he knew he'd chosen the best place to go and I'm so thankful that he took me there because it certainly was perfect. As we stood on the revolving floor that led through the shark tank, he held me from behind and wrapped his arms tightly around my waist, kissing me on the back of the head as I gazed at the sharks and smiled widely; this was my favourite place to be with my favourite person and I could never have asked for a better day out with Daniel.

No need for Chiquitos, Nandos or Frankie and Bennie's when you can go to Burger King and eat like yourself in front of the one you love. Again, he payed even when I attempted to pull my purse out of my bag he'd tell the server not to listen to me or take money off of me. With the shopping out of the way and lunch over, we headed back to Mold, being the only ones on the bus, we decided to make a fool of ourselves in front of the bus driver by rapping to Eminem out loud.

When we got to Mold we were greeted by Annette and Charlotte, it was the first time I had met them both properly and they couldn't have been any sweeter, I could instantly tell where Daniel gets his kindness from. His mum even made us a Chinese food spread for our Valentines Day meal which was amazing, the first candle lit diner I had been to and it was fantastic, with the top 10 music chart on in the background we could fool around and have a laugh like ourselves but still feel the romantic connection between us both over dinner. We then spent most of the night watching crappy romantic comedies and Youtubers on TV till the early hours of the morning, yet at 2am he decided to make me a single pancake and from what I had witnessed over FaceTime from the last time he had tried to make pancakes, I was't expecting him to succeed the way he did.

Valentines Day 2016 was the one I will forever remember because i spent it with the perfect boyfriend and my best friend, our memories are contained and I will never let them go. To just be able to hold him, cuddle him, kiss him or even hold his hand one more time, I would truly give anything to bring him back and knowing that I can't hurts me deeply. He was the most amazing guy I have ever met and I am so thankful to have been a part of his life, I will cherish our moments together forever. Till we meet again my handsome man, I love you xxx
